Now that science research has largely been shut down there won’t be any studies on exactly what other chemicals are being released into the air. At this point, frankly, since they’re out to kill publicly paid healthcare, I’m not particularly concerned about what someone chooses to put into their body. However, breathing secondhand smoke or “invisible aerosols” is not subject to personal choice.
I’m curious as to whether Mr. Healthy JFK has an opinion. Just let them make nicotine inhalers and get rid of the tobacco component.
My late brother started smoking cigarettes as a rebellious teenager. A stint in the Army took the rebellion out of his system, for the most part, but he continued to smoke cigarettes. The day came, when he was in his 30s, that he quit cold turkey. What a shock to me and our family! But, turns out baby brother did some research and was SHOCKED to find tobacco is only the main ingredient in cigarettes. He quit cold turkey because he was pissed at being hornswoggled by Big Tobacco, which spiked its product with all manner of chemicals. The "heated" products being exempted from taxation by DeSantis are loaded with chemicals. Amazing what a $500K campaign donation can do for a dangerous product! (BTW: Lung disease that spread to other organs was the cause of his death. Before a long, final illness took his life, he had been a star high school basketball player who transitioned to tennis and golf, and then finally to pickle ball. So, sue me Philip Morris.)
This notion that these heated cigarettes will help people quit smoking is absolute rubbish! They said the same thing about vaping and look where that has gone wrong! Call them out on this as simple money grab. With Desantis boasting about lower taxes where is the money going to come from. The services in Florida suck moose balls already and will only get worse.
