Our educational system isn't indoctrinating our youth into becoming Democrats or liberal. That's a flat out lie that Republicans and their propaganda machine have been pumping out for decades. Truth is, college students are shunning the Republican party for the same reasons that they are fleeing Christianity.
Both the GOP, and a majority of the Christian churches throughout our country, have abandoned all the genuine ideals and principles they once stood for and valued. Conservatives once valued small government, fiscal responsibility, personal responsibility, free market capitalism, and private ownership, among other reasonable ideals. Our country's Christian churches are no different.
