Florida's Republican leaders passed controversial laws weakening transparency around private family trusts — which records suggest may have been a favor for the richest family in the world.
So essentially, the family that owns Walmart & their rich pals also own Gov DeathSantis & the FL GOP. And now that they’ve gerrymandered the state into a rethuglican hellhole, I’m not sure how we get out of it. I’ve never been more sickened by & worried about the American government & what it’s doing to our country
