People are so discouraged here, between the gerrymandering and outright hostility they are met with from most of their “elected representatives.” Anna Eskamani and Carlos Smith are two of the good ones in the state house and senate.
The republicans have a supermajority here in florida—there is literally nothing the dems can do to stop this abuse of power other than leave the state, and we see what happened when they did that in texas. Too many people have been asleep for too ling and have no idea how any of this works.

Yes, true but it's not stopping the maddness of these bills being passed against everyone's will and common sense.
