Where is the rest of the legislation. What is the definition of viability?

Viability is already defined in Florida law. See 390.011(15): "'Viable' or 'viability' means the stage of fetal development when the life of a fetus is sustainable outside the womb through standard medical measures."

The show goes into this, too, but the patient's physician ultimately determines viability, because every pregnancy is unique. That said, the point of viability generally occurs about 24 weeks, or 5-1/2 months, into a pregnancy.

With regard to making a plan to vote in Florida, please keep in mind that you will not receive a mail-in ballot unless you re-register to receive one! Check your status. I decided to go to my local supervisor of elections office and sign up in person after the online process proved to be a bit wonky.

Will all of these babies born have housing, public education, wages, and medical care? nope. Will they have jobs at 18 that can pay the rent, education, medical care, nope.

I would still like to see a report 2008 housing crisis. We have thousands of empty houses along the coast. None for locals to rent. Reference - William Bill Black, PhD, lawyer, and former bank regulator. The Best Way to Rob a Bank is to Own One . TheCon.tv

Thanks for reminding people to recall for the mail in ballot. I do early voting … a library near me open 7-7 on the ballot now for senators, circuit court judges, sheriff and a county amendment started in Palm Beach County. If you see young people tell the to register to vote in the general asap and to vote yes on Amendment 4 that will rescind Desantis’s 6 week abortion ban!!!

Amendment 3 is marijuana to be legal. I will vote yes for that too.

No apathy I tell people they don’t want you to vote so that is why you do!!!!

I'm tired of paying for their religious beliefs. Isn't fetal personhood government interfere? What people do not understand is that corporations control our lives much, much more than government ever has.
