Not only does it raise the threat of further erosion of Home Rule, but now with the Orange County Rural Boundary question to be placed in November's ballot, I wonder if members of the BCC will now get cold feet with this renewed threat? I would suggest it is the governor who is creating a very dangerous environment. In Vietnam, the military burned the villages to save them from Communism. In Florida the politicians (DeSantis) will burn down the state to save it from Democracy.
