Wall street is now our landlords - I know it was a confusing time in 2008 but the homeowners were NOT , NOT at fault - there is no way possible any of could have been. Let's organize and march for 2008, because no one else is going to except Floridians.

Thanks for the links and info. Just watched the DOJs YouTube on the RealPage anti-trust suit. I wonder if this will make large property rental corporations think twice about investing in Florida. FYI, UNF came out with a report on this price-gouging in Jacksonville recently: https://jaxrentalhousingproject.domains.unf.edu/

oh, that's interesting. Thank you for the link.

We need to make it unattractive to over develop Florida. I'd like some real numbers on actual locals in Florida. There are too many 6 month + 1 day people to tax dodge. And, most every beach front area is empty at the moment because there are plenty of houses for tourists... but never enough for locals... hum..

Especially in down-ballot elections it can literally be a matter of a dozen votes that decides an election. Thank you for the report on two of the races - most of the candidates I voted for won their elections. On to November!

Turning our state parks into pickball courts seems like a bad idea, btw.
